Hamilton receives U.W. Award November 12, 1987 Dear Staff and Faculty: Thank you, Capilano College. Yours very truly, Sherrie Rogers Loaned Representative Chevron Canada Limited COLOPHON However sporadically the Informer may appear in your mail, it is valiantly attempting to come out at least every two weeks during the Fall and Spring terms. This scurrilous sheet is produced by the Public Relations Department, room A118, local 2903 or 2002, and submissions are greeted with joy and delight. Photos are generally taken by Edna Sakata in MPC and prepared for publication by Dave Sharrock. Printing is done by Linda Givens and Dave Callow in the Print Shop and distribution is handled by the denizens of the mail roonvtyping pool. There is a rumour that Donna McMahon is the perpetrator of all this, but she’ll deny it vehemently. Not too late to order Have you been admiring the handsome blue College nametags such as the one being worn by Pauline Clark at the front desk? Did you neglect to order one for yourself? Well, it’s not too late. Another order will be going out on November 27—just send a note to Public Relations by that date and tell us how many, the name(s) and department or designation, your cost centre, and whether you want a clip or a pin on the back. Of course there’s a price—$4 apiece—but they should last for awhile. Also just arrived are Capilano College pins—small, handsome cloisonne items inscribed with our logo and the name of the College. These are available from Public Relations at $2 each in one style only— "military clutch” (pin and post arrangement). These are handy to wear when you travel or to give away as sourvenirs of the College. Callus at 2903 or 2002.
