Voice Mail Gets Going at Cap

“Press P to play your message."

As of last week about 250 people
in the College were doing that. They
were accessing voice mail, a system
that should be connected throughout
the College by Christmas.

Ian Robertson, Director of Build-
ings and Grounds, says voice mail is
a giant step toward enhancing
communication at Cap.

"It's better than an answering
machine. You can have distribution
lists like on E-Mail, and you can
retrieve messages from your home."

Voice mail has many other special

features that are explained in a short
course that College employees have
been attending. If you haven't taken
the course, you will probably be
invited to one soon. At that point,
your phone will be connected to
voice mail.
