i n 2005 as t h e E x e c u t i v e D i r e c t o r o f t h e M i n e r v a F o u n d a t i o n . H e r
e x p e r i e n c e as a n a t h l e t e l e d h e r t o p u r s u e a s u c c e s s f u l a n d r e w a r d i n g c a r e e r i n s p o r t a d m i n i s t r a t i o n f o r c l o s e t o 2 0 years.

h e a l t h , h e a l t h service evaluation and community-based research
m e t h o d s . A k e y f o c u s o f Dr. K e r r ' s w o r k has b e e n t h e s c i e n t i f i c
evaluation o f Insite, North America's first safer i n j e c t i n g facility,
a n d his r e s e a r c h i n t h i s a r e a has c o n t r i b u t e d s i g n i f i c a n t l y t o acad e m i c , p u b l i c a n d g o v e r n m e n t discussion, b o t h n a t i o n a l l y and
