I missed the deadline for this month’s Informer but our
editor has kindly given me this half page. I must be brief.

Spring Grant Applications

The committee has established a deadline for the spring
grant adjudication process. Any applications you may wish
to make must be received in my office no later than

FRIDAY, APRIL 8, 1994 in order to be considered in

this adjudication round. Detailed information regarding
eligibility for either a Research or Conference/Workshop
grant can be found in your copy of the Faculty Development
Handbook which was circulated in the fall. Application
forms can be found in the back of the Handbook or a supply
should be on file with your Divisional Assistant.

May Professional Development Days

Dates have been tentatively set for our annual May Days.
Mark your calendars for May 17-19 for workshops on
teaching/learning technique topics. As a Media Showcase

has been booked at Capilano for May 25-26, the committee
will attempt to plan some computer skill workshops during
this second week as a complement to the event.
