Jan. 20/94 Resource Development News Westcoast Energy Boosts Library Campaign Westcoast Energy Incorporated has contributed $15,000 to the Library Endowment Fund. The Library Endowment Fund, one component of the Library Campaign, provides income to acquire annual journal subscrip- tions, books, videotapes and spe- cialized materials. The interest generated from Westcoast Energy’s generous gift will maintain impor- tant journal subscriptions for the new post baccalaureate program in Environmental Science. Thanks to the generous contribu- tions of College employees, mem- bers of the Foundation, College Board and community members, the Library Campaign has raised almost $270,000 to date. The Library En- dowment Fund has accumulated over $88,000. Keeping learning resources current is critical for all programs and requires a substantial Library Endow- ment Fund. As Valentine's Day is approaching, a gift to the Library Endowment Fund in the name of your loved ones would be a unique declaration. Major contributors are listed on the Library’s donor wall. For further information, please call the Foundation office at loc. 2983.
