winner is ...

The Capilano College Foundation
is pleased to announce that
Dorothy Jantzen, dean of Fine
and Applied Arts, is the lucky
winner of the 50/50 lottery.
Dorothy took home $2,050. An
equal amount was raised for the
Sechelt campus library. College
president, Dr. Greg Lee, drew
the winning ticket on Friday,
May 2 in the Birch building
atrium. A total of 205 tickets
were sold. The Foundation
would like to thank everyone
who contributed time and
money to this worthy cause.

A deep-sea diver dropped into the
Child Care Centre on Wednesday,
April 16 to have a discussion with
the four year olds about sea life
and diving. Can anyone identify
this mystery person? E-mail your
answer to skean@capcollege.bc.ca.
