Rob and Frieda’s lectures gave Vietnamese educators a comprehensive view of the B.C. post-secondary system and insight on how to establish a credit system and initiate transferability of credits. The impetus for the seminar had come from Dr. Thiep, of Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training.
