OPEN HOUSE - FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, MARCH 9th & 10th

Through your Co-ordinators, you are no doubt up to date on plans for
our lOth Anniversary Open House. Details on this event which occurs
noon to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9th and 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
on Saturday, March lOth are contained in a memo from Gordon Wilson,
Open House Committee Chairman, to all Co-ordinators and Chairpersons.
In order that faculty and students may participate in the activities
scheduled for Friday afternoon, classes may be cancelled at the
discretion of the instructor. In fact, you are encouraged to cancel
your Friday afternoon classes unless, in your judgement, there are
compelling reasons to hold the class as usual.
Aside from that, your co-operation with the Open House Committee and
your participation in the Open House activities is appreciated.
