Thank you everyone for your enthusiastic participation at the May 15 workshop "Working With Your 9 to 5 Family: Recognizing Your Communication Patterns" - presented by Harriett Lemer, Communications Specialist at Einblau & Associates. This final workshop in the “Refuelling for the 21st Century" series focused on helping us more effectively manage our own relationships with other people - in particular, our co-workers. Gaining awareness of our personal communication patterns, provides a clarity necessary to resolve difficult or puzzling relationships we may encounter in the workplace. The Staff Career Development Committee has sincerely appreciated your support this past year, as we endeavoured to enhance the overall well-being of staff members, with the goal to strengthening our employability and contribution in the workplace.
