Arts report a must Described as a ''must read'' for all art students, instructors, and administrators, is Ted Kingan's report on The Arts and the Economy. This well-researched document attacks the prevalent myth that the visual and performing arts are ''costly luxuries", and shows in detail how the arts contribute $8 billion to the Canadian economy, and 300,000 jobs.
