International careers seminar Opportunities in international careers are increasingly attractive to Canadians in light of high unemployment at home, and they are also a fascinating option in pursuing a career while experiencing a new and different culture. On Saturday, October 26, Karin Millett-Sorensen, Director of International Education at the University of Denver, will be holding a workshop on campus for people who are contemplating working abroad. Among the topics discussed will be why to consider an international career, main areas of opportunity, deciding if going international is right for you, qualifications, and locating a job. The workshop is sponsored by Extension Programs (local 321) and the fee is $40 or $30 for students. For more information call them right away, as there is a registration deadline.
