FIRST ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING TO PLAN FOR OPEN HOUSE - MARCH 9-10, 1979

Gordon Wilson, Chairman for the Open House Committee, has called the first
meeting for:
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15th
1 :00 p.m.
Room NF 203
You have been invited because you have expressed special interest in being
involved in the planning - or because you are being asked to represent your
area or division. If you are not able to attend, it will be appreciated if
you could send a designate.
The agenda for this first meeting will be a general one; mainly to establish
what projects are now being planned and to provide a forum for discussion of
your ideas and suggestions from your area for Open House.
Your participation is particularly important at this early date so that a good
programme can be developed, representing a wide sampling of the activities and
enterprisM'1s of the college--and to establish an equitable plan for dividing
the special expense fund!
