The news comes almost a year after we began a wellsupported public campaign for a change to university designation. Today’s announcement is really exciting news for Capilano University, our students and our regional economies. I would like to thank everyone who has worked to support this initiative over the past year. As you can well imagine, there are lots of things to be considered and we will be meeting over the coming days and weeks to determine what our next steps will be.
