cece Informer Staff Career Development Wendy Weberg, Judith Hall Committee Members Committee Changes Elections were held at the October OTEU membership meeting and the three vacant committee member positions have been filled. Lynne Hamilton, Divisional Assistant - ARC, Judith Hall, Student Employment Advisor - SEC and Val Lautenschlager, Academic Dean’s Secretary, were nominated and elected by the OTEU membership for a two-year term. The Chair’s position was posted November 9. Announcement of the incoming Chair will be publicized once the formal hiring procedure is complete. Committee Activities Planning has commenced for the Fourth Annual Staff Career Development Days, scheduled for February 24-25, 1994. Three full-day workshops will be featured each day, for a combined total of six workshops. It is expected that staff will have the opportunity to attend one full day. The location will be the Pacific Marine Training Institute in North Vancouver. The Staff Career Development Committee welcomes your suggestions and input.
