Cii Cii Capilano College MEDIA RESOURCE$ PROSRAM 85/86 0(;) D MEDIA RESOURCES CIIRR/CIILIIM FIRST TERM: The MEDIA RESOURCES PROGRAM is a two-year, full-time career p r ogram open to persons over 18 years of age or with secondary school graduation. Applicants must attend an Information Evening (dates given on back page), complete a written application and be interviewed by Media Resources faculty. The class size is limited to 28 students and total applications usually nwnber app r oximately 150. Although new classes do not begin until September, early involvement in the admission process is recommended. In 15 years of operation, nearly 80% of Media Resources graduated have become employed in a media-related position within six months of graduation. Our graduates are currently working throughout the province in a wide variety of positions ---- A/V Co-ordinator, A/V Technician, A/V Producer, editor, production assistant, etc. ----fora variety of educational institutions, commercial production companies, health care facilities and other organizations.
