T h e award was presented by the Canadian C o u n c i l for the Advancement of E d u c a t i o n (CCx\E). T h e Prix D'Excellence is the prestigious annual awards p r o g r a m o f the C X ' A E , w h i c h recognizes outstanding achievement i n a l u m n i affairs, p u b l i c aftairs, d e v e l o p m e n t , student r e c r u i t m e n t and overall i n s t i t u t i o n a l advancement across Canada. Produced o n a cost-effective b u d g e t , the p r o d u c t i o n received c o m m e n t s f r o m the judges that i n c l u d e d : " q u a l i t y piece that avoids b e i n g overly g l i t z y , " "clearly supports the mission statement," and " s o p h i s t i c a t e d design w i t h top-notch photos."
