This will cost you nothing, but you will be able to contribute money to Financial Aid for a student emergency bur- sary fund. Here's how it works. The Royal Doulton china company is conducting mar- keting research here at Cap. by setting up a display of china design prototypes and then asking people to fill out a question- ‘naire on what they think of the various styles. The questionnaire only takes about 15 minutes to complete and here's the good part. FOR EVERY QUESTIONNAIRE COMPLETED THE COMPANY WILL GIVE FINANCIAL AID $2.00. If you like china you'll be enjoying your- self for a good cause, and even if you really aren't interested it won't kill you to lend your opinion. So, please come to ND yourself and spread the word to every- one you know. Let's raise a bundle. ce | <_| It was gorgeous weather last weekend, and perhaps the most appreciative of it were Geography students on a field trip to Van- couver Island. 17 students chaperoned in- structors Terry Brown, Brett McGillivray, Gordon Wilson, and Karen Ewing, to Pacific Rim park on Friday where they all enjoyed the weather and watched grey whales and sea lions. Two erazy courageous students even plunged in. Friday night the group returned to Nanaimo and stayed in a high school gym, then, Saturday they attended a Geography conference at Malaspina College. The conference turned out to be something of a disappointment but the Cap people did get a chance to look around Malaspina be- fore heading back home on the late ferry.
