Feelings Through the Eyes of a Flower

A poem by Betty Gerela (Financial Services), part of her
contibution to the Outrageous Creativity workshop:

To the heart within,
This tells a story
Of fields of flowers
Bursting in glory.

The petals, reaching with arms out wide
Thoughts of clinging their loved ones inside.
And when the moment of passion sears

It’s the peak of fire before sizzling appears.

They dance in raptures — contentment untold,
The memories of moments that were so bold.
For these little flowers, a dream has come true,
The realms of ecstasy, we never knew.
