Rikki Lucas, to her knowledge, has settled 84 students and 85 landlords, but she figures that at least that many again haven't gotten back to her. There are 180 more places on the board still, and Rikki is happy with the program. Good going! Farewell to Bob Camfield, formerly a tem- porary employee at the college. Don't worry, though, we didn't throw him out. NEWS And on the subject of the Symphony, Comm- unity Ed is offering ''Talks on the Opera", and ''Talks.on the Symphony"! again this year. These are two series of informal lectures that will cover the music, compo- sers and guest performers in each perfor- mance of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and the Vancouver Opera Association. The 14 Symphony sessions cost $50 and start Sept. 5 and 6, while the 4 Opera sessions are $20 and start a couple of weeks later.
