Three of these capes were printed, dyed, and embellished in Cap’s Clay and Textile Arts Program. Lori Prest’s “Spirit of the Wood,” Donna Hamilton’s “Coat of Many Colors,” and Robin Reid and Carol Paley’s “Midsummer Night’s Dream” will be part of the museum’s exhibit. A group of business people offered $6,000 for each of the ten capes and then donated them back to the museum. The capes will eventually be used as a touring exhibit.
