A _ representative of the Squamish Indian Band was also on hand to present Harold with an Indian mask. Gifts ranged from photos, a Sid Dyke painting and a College album to a ceramic hippo (named Harold) and presentations ranged from jokes and poetry (even limericks from Business Management!) to a full scale demonstration of the BOT's word processing system. No one who was there needs to be told how much work was put into the party by a great many people who obviously care deeply for their friend and will miss him very much. He certainly is leaving with enough souvenirs of the college to remind him of the place. And, as Paul Gallagher pointed out, with Harold Kirchner working at Camosun, it should soon be the second best college in the province.
