Scrapbook clippings of a self-learning program developed by Harold Kirchner, Dean of Career programs at Capilano College. Kirchner hoped to show that even people with no previous knowledge of physics or electronics could learn complete electrical measuring skills The kit consisted of a textbook, tape-recorded instructions and visual aids that could be used by the student at home, independent of teaching assistance.
