Letter from Greg Lee, Capilano College President to Dr. Terry Piper, President and CEO (Interim) of Open Learning Agency informing that on May 16, 2003 by Order In Council, Capilano College was granted the authority to grant, in its own name, the four degrees which had formed the basis for the partnership between the BCOU and Capilano College. Those being the Bachelor of Music Therapy , the Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies, The Bachelor of Tourism Management and the Bachelor of Administration. Selected by 50th Anniversary History Team.
